DONA NUA

In 2004, the kafija roasters at Huracan set themselves an ambitious goal – to create an espresso kafija tailored specifically to the Lithuanian palate: its habits, expectations, and criteria for evaluating kafija. This is how DONA NUA (Catalan for “Naked Woman”) was born – a kafija with a gentle, sweet aroma, a full-bodied texture, and a roast that is not too dark, yet has that distinctive “something” that sets it apart. From then until today, it has remained one of the most popular choices among Huracan espresso kafijas.

 

In March 2026, Huracán Coffee were crowned world champions at the “Global Coffee Awards World Championship” competition and recognized as the best kafija roaster in the world – so when you choose their kafija, you are choosing kafija whose quality has been recognized worldwide.

 

We added these beans to our range after tasting them ourselves and becoming convinced that they deliver everything we expect from a great espresso – balance, smoothness, and character in the cup. As kafija lovers ourselves, we only offer what we genuinely enjoy, and DONA NUA is one of our favorite discoveries.
